Ammar Kassab obtained his Bachelor’s degree (BSc) from the Faculty of Economics of Aleppo University in Syria in 2011, and his Master of Business Management (MBM) from the Faculty of Financial and Administrative Sciences of Al-Madinah International University in Shah Alam, Malaysia. Currently, Ammar is a Doctor of Business Administration candidate in the InternationalBusiness School (IBS) of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The author has a wide working experience in corporate businesses in Syria and Malaysia for over seven years. His main research interests are in the literature of the business model, business innovation, and the implications of market research and industries.
