Vicky Richards is a senior lecturer in organisational behaviour and human resource management and is course leader for the MSc Human Resource Management. As previous course leader for the MA in Personnel and Development, Vicky has extensive experience in teaching students working in professional HR roles and has subject expertise in employee relations, employee reward and strategic and international HRM. She also has a strong interest in the areas of international management and leadership and cross-cultural communication and negotiation. Having graduated from Bristol University with a BA (Hons) in Hispanic Studies, she then completed an MSc (Econ) in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management at the London School of Economics. She subsequently worked in a variety of HR positions in Marks and Spencer, the merchant bank Kleinwort Benson and Britvic Soft Drinks. Vicky has been involved in HR consultancy projects and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
