Vikram Murthy is the founding Director of the Academy for Collaborative Futures (www.academy-collaborative-futures.org) Australia and New Zealand, and Associate Professor (adj) College of Business, Massey University, New Zealand. A pracademic with over thirty years of global experience in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, UAE and Oman (where his companies were the first technology IPOs in the Muscat Stock Exchange), he has worked with organisations to underwrite their growth and profitability, and with people to catalyse their professional renewal and personal transformation. Vikram has been Director of Collaborative Networks and Associate Professor (adj) AUT University New Zealand, Senior Fellow (adj) Waikato University New Zealand, and visiting overseas faculty BITS University India. He has a Bachelor (Honours) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, and a Master’s and Doctorate in Management. He has written extensively about the Ensemble Leadership Repertoire (ELR) ™ including a book in 2009, “Please don’t stop the music: An ensemble leadership repertoire for productive sustainability, and strategic innovation in uncertain times” and a number of academic journal articles and book chapters thereafter. He speaks regularly at industry, practitioner and academic conferences and gatherings across the Asia-Pacific region.
