Dr Deeerajen Ramasawmy is a lecturer in research methods. He also taught quantitative methods and operations research mainly on MBA Programmes. He has conducted various research funded projects and
studies in Mauritius and UK. He has published extensively including two books with the last one on using the statistical software SPSS ‘SPSS Made Easy’. He has conducted numerous workshops on SPSS and research methodology for both students and staff. Prior to joining academia, he was the Director and Head of Biostatistics in a contract research organisation. In addition, he has undertaken various consultancy projects both locally and international including Tanzania, Botswana and Reunion Island.
