Dr. Fawzan AlFares is a PhD graduate from Brunel University. He completed his thesis on ‘Optimisation Algorithms on Quantum Computing Principles’ in 2004 and is currently working at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait as the Head of the Kuwait Cultural Office, based in London. Dr AlFares is also pursuing his research interest in ‘Artificial Intelligence with Application in Renewable Energy Vibration of Systems and Management of Knowledge’ and aims to complete it before the end of this year 2017.
