Saad Aziz Mahagoub is a researcher in the Crops Technology Research Department, Food Technology Research Institute, Agriculture Research Center. He received PhD in 2008 from the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, Faculty of Home economics, Minufi ya University, Egypt. He is research interests include clinical nutrition, baby foods, malnutrition, celiac disease, liver disease and food technology. He is a specific focus is on natural resources for malnutrition, diarrhoea and celiac diseases. He is also working on the diary and baking products.
