Mr Indeeren Vencatachellum is Senior Lecturer in HRM/HRD at the Department of Management, Faculty of Law and Management, University of Mauritius. Mr Vencatachellum has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resource management/development in Mauritius, regularly interacting with consultancy firms such as KPMG and Accenture. He has extensive teaching, industrial and consulting experience in the HRM/HRD, performance management, coaching and customer service fields. He has published refereed articles in international conference proceedings in the fields of HRD and services management, addressing such issues as leadership development, mentoring, strategic human resource development, e-learning, learning styles, knowledge management, e-government services and HRM in the Mauritian hotel industry. Mr Vencatachellum has additional research interests in workplace learning, learning transfer, knowledge management, EHR, HR and marketing dyad, and strategic human resource management.
