Dr. Sayed Amir Hossein Goli obtained his PhD degree in food science from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, in 2009, with a thesis entitled “Chemical production of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and its use in margarine formulation”. His teaching experience is in Advanced Oil Technology (MSc), Oil Technology (BSc), Principles of Food Processing (BSc), Principles of Fishery Products Processing (BSc) and Beverage Technology (BSc). He has published over ten papers in ISI journals and thirty conference papers. He has supervised more than ten MSc students and published one book on “Edible Oil Processing” in Persian.
