Umar Farooq Sahibzada is a senior researcher on Engineering and Management Sciences Projects in China, at Northwestern Polytechnical University. Human Behaviors became his passion after he received his Bachelor degree from CECOS University, Pakistan in 2009. His continued interests drove him to further improve his education, and in 2012 he gained an Master’s from Abasyn University, Pakistan and done his Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute, (PMI) USA. After Several Years Operational (International and Local) and University Teaching Experience (Pakistan), Northwestern Polytechnical University awarded him a full university scholarship to continue his PhD in Engineering and Management Sciences in 2017. He is also very much concerned about human behaviors on job issues such as Emotional Intelligence, Internal Marketing and Internal Service Quality which are affecting the whole organization. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles and attended many international conferences.
