This one day workshop is organised to follow up the discussion and debate from the recent roundtable jointly organised by Centre for Islamic Finance, Law and Communities (CIFLAC), University of East London (UEL), London, UK during the 17th International Conference of the World Association for Sustainable Development (WASD) with the United Nations Environment Programme, Nairobi, Kenya and hosted by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), London, UK on 18th June 2019. The first roundtable discussed issues relating to women empowerment and youth engagement.
