Prof Cheryl M E McCrindle BVSc(Hons) PhD, is a registered veterinarian, with considerable experience in production animal medicine and veterinary public health. Her research interests include farming systems and the welfare of livestock and working equids. She has published extensively in peer review journals as well as conference proceedings and is listed on the FAO website as an expert in farm animal welfare.
