Eltigani Elnour Bashier Abdelgalil. I am an Assistant professor of Water Management at the Water Management and Irrigation Institute of the University of Gezira. I have a Ph.D. in Water Management, University of Gezira 2009. M.Sc. in Economics of Water resources, 2003 and B.Sc. in Agricultural Science, Faculty for Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Gezira. 1999. Currently I am the Dean of Water Management and Irrigation Institute.
