Dr Latifah Mohammed Al-Oboudi is an associate professor at Princess Nora Bent Abdulrahman University in the Nutrition and Food Science Department. She was the Vice Dean for finance and administration of the Home Economics College for two years. Before that, she had a two year period as the head of the department. She is a founding member of the Consumer Protection Association and was a former head of the Summer Enrichment Gifted Programme. She is a member of several specialized scientific and charity associations. Her research interests include dietary measurement, food use patterns, nutritional status, nutrition promotion programmes, nutritional assessment, clinical and public health practice guidelines, nutrition issues for children’s diseases, and the food and nutrition of indigenous populations.
