M-Said Oukil is a Visiting Professor of Management working in the Department of Management and Marketing, College of Industrial Management, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He obtained his PhD in 1990 from Strathclyde University, UK. His teaching and research interest are in Management, S&T policy, R&D Management, SMEs, Family business, Technological innovation and entrepreneurship.
