Cathryn Salisbury has recently graduated with first class BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster. She received a UoW bursary award for her final year project, investigating the impact public health messages have on diet quality and lifestyle choices of women during pregnancy, considering quality and effectiveness in the dissemination of current messages. The work described in this report is based on this project. An Associate Registered Nutritionist, Cathryn has recently been employed by the Association of Nutrition to develop an innovative web portal which will offer skill certification tools for the wider nutrition workforce and course certification of training for this audience.
