Dr. Claire Robertson has a degree in Applied Human Nutrition (QMC, Edinburgh 1997), PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology (QuB, 2001) and MA Higher Education (UoW, 2012). Following five years post-doctorate experience in cardiovascular epidemiology at Imperial College, she joined the University of Westminster as a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition. A registered nutritionist, and honorary secretary with the Association for Nutrition Council (since February 2011), her current research interests include nutritional assessment, the effects of diet on breast cancer survival (and recurrence) and nutritional management of chronic disease.
