Emhamad Elmansori is an Associate Professor at Omar Al-Mukhtar University. He was a public sector employee, 1985–2005 and has been a Faculty Member of the Collage of Economics, Omar Al Mukhtar University-Libya since 2005. He was a Coordinator of the Faculty of Economics, Al-Qubbah Branch, 2006, Head of the Department of Business Administration, Omar Al- Mukhtar University, 2007. He has been published in different academic conferences. Academic Degrees: PhD in Management, Nottingham Trent University, UK, 2014; Postgraduate Diploma in Research Practice, Nottingham Trent University, UK, 2013; Master of Management and Organization, 2005.
