Biography

Nafisa Hussein Baldo is currently working as Associate Professor of Plant Pathology in the Agricultural Research Corporation in Sudan. She was awarded her BSc from the University of Khartoum, her MSc from Wageningen Agricultural University and her PhD from the University of Khartoum. She has twenty years of experience in research dealing with identifying and controlling plant diseases. Her major interest is potato diseases. She is a member of many scientific societies and offers consultation related to disease control in Sudan to governmental and private sectors.
