Nurheni S. Palupi obtained her MSc from the Department of Food Science and Technology, Bogor Agricultural University and her PhD from University of Nancy I, France. She is a lecturer at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Bogor Agricultural University and a researcher at Southeast Asian Food and Agricultural Science & Technology (SEAFAST) Centre, Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia. Her research interest is in the area of biochemistry, nutrition, immunology and functional foods. She has presented her research work at the international national conference.
