Om Kurmi is a Senior Scientist in Respiratory Epidemiology at the Clinical Trial Service Unit and Epidemiological Studies Unit (CTSU), Nu eld Department of Population Health, University of Oxford. His main research interest is environmental epidemiology of chronic diseases, particularly cardiorespiratory health in low and middle-income countries. His main areas interest is cardiorespiratory health e ects of air pollution (both ambient and household air pollution), occupational exposure and smoking (active and second-hand smoking).
