Ms Sharmila Pudaruth is a lecturer in marketing at the Department of Management, Faculty of Law and Management, University of Mauritius. She has published articles in academic journals and conference
proceedings in the field of green marketing, interactive advertising, internet banking, viral marketing, customer relationship management and e-government uptake in Mauritius. Ms Pudaruth is also involved
in project management for some consultancy works in different fields of management pertaining to customer care and developing coaching skills. She has conducted surveys and research work on customer satisfaction
for organisations in different sectors of Mauritius. Her additional research interests include customer relationship management, internet marketing, customer experience management, consumer behaviour, green marketing and services marketing.
