Dr. Chatarina Yayuk Trisnawati has been a lecturer in the Department of Food Technology, Widya Mandala Catholic Surabaya University since 2003. She is a member of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. She has several years’ teaching experience in beverage processing technology and bakery and cake technology, as well as in research, training and publication in areas of beverage technology and bakery and cake technology.
