Dr. Theresia Endang Widoeri Widyastuti is Head of Food Quality Control and Sensory Evaluation Laboratory, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Widya Mandala Surabaya Catholic University. She focuses on Food Chemistry and Human Nutrition research. Development of functional food and drink based on papaya is her research focus. She has several years’ lecturing experience in functional foods and has presented/published her research in national journals and international seminars. She is a member of the Indonesian Association of Food Technologists. Consulting and training in Food Quality Control, sensory evaluation and nutrition for food industry practices and society are also her areas of expertise.
